Senator Mackie, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Community and Regional Affairs Committee referral be waived on                 
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 386(FIN) An Act relating to the                          
financing authority, programs, operations, and projects of the Alaska          
Industrial Development and Export Authority; and providing for an              
effective date. Without objection, the bill was referred to the                
Transportation and Finance Committees.
